Device Information: We collect device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address for security and optimization purposes.

Payment Information: When you subscribe to paid plans, our payment processor (Stripe) collects payment card details. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide Services: Operate and maintain the RocketHockey platform, including schedule management, statistics tracking, and online registration.
  • Process Payments: Handle subscription billing and registration payments through our secure payment processor.

With Your Organization: Player information is shared with league administrators within your organization for roster and statistics management.

Service Providers: We work with trusted third parties who assist in operating our platform: - Stripe (payment processing) - Clerk (authentication) - Resend (email delivery) - Vercel (hosting) - Supabase (database)

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

With Consent: We may share information with your explicit consent for purposes not covered by this policy.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL.

Youth hockey leagues may involve players under 18. We take children's privacy seriously:

  • Player information for minors is provided by parents, guardians, or authorized league administrators.
  • Parents/guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information by contacting the league administrator or us directly.
  • We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities and to monitor their use of our services.
